Rustici con i würstel - Pigs in a blanket


Ingredienti (per 24 rustici):

600 g pasta della pizza

24 wurstel

1 uovo

Stendere la pasta della pizza, tagliarla a striscioline di circa 1 cm e arrotolare la pasta attorno ai würstel. Distribuite i rustici su una teglia da forno, spennellateli con un uovo sbattuto e infornate a 180 gradi per circa 20 minuti.

600 g pizza dough

24 frankfurters

1 egg

Roll out the pizza dough, cut it into strips of about 1 cm and roll the dough around the frankfurters. Place the pigs in a blanket on an oven tray, brush them with a beaten egg and bake at 375F degrees for about 20 minutes.
